Zero Personal Data Collection
ClearSight: 50x Magnifier Pro does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal data such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or location. You can install and use all features of the application immediately without registration.
Camera & Flashlight Permissions
The application requests access to your device's Camera hardware solely to project the live optical viewfinder and perform optical zoom (1x to 50x).
- Strictly Local Frame Processing: Camera video frames are processed directly inside your phone's memory (RAM) in real time. We do not transmit, record, stream, or store any camera feed to external servers or cloud services.
- Flashlight / Torch Hardware: The flashlight permission is utilized exclusively to illuminate dim reading materials (such as prescription medicine labels or restaurant menus) when you choose to turn on the light.
- No Microphone / Audio Access: ClearSight does not request or use your device's microphone or audio recording hardware.
Freeze-Frame & Local Photo Storage
When you press the Freeze Frame button, the application captures a temporary still frame held in local device memory so you can read comfortably without holding your hand still. If you explicitly choose to save a frozen picture, it is saved directly to your phone's standard local Gallery/Photos directory via Android Scoped Storage. Solvion Studios does not have access to, nor does it collect, your saved photos.
Advertising & Google AdMob Compliance
To keep ClearSight free for all users, the application may display advertisements served by Google AdMob. Google AdMob may process non-sensitive device identifiers (such as the standard Google Advertising ID, device model, or IP address) solely to serve relevant ads, prevent invalid traffic/ad fraud, and measure ad performance in accordance with Google Play Developer Policies.

Children's Privacy Protection (COPPA / GDPR-K)
ClearSight is an accessibility and magnifying utility suitable for users of all age groups, including seniors and elderly individuals. We do not knowingly collect, request, or retain personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the EEA).
Data Security & Retention
Because we do not collect personal data or maintain external user databases, there is no personal user data stored or retained on remote servers. All application operations take place on your local physical device.
